Delivery is by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery First Class Post. Your postman will require a signature.

All Princess Gems Jewellery will arrive presented in Princess Gems beautiful bespoke gift boxes the jewels will be inside a pretty pink velveteen jewellery gift pouch and will include a gift card.

 

 

Princess Gems want you to be happy with your purchase and offer a 100% refund if you are not satisfied,your payment will be refunded less the P&P. If the item is faulty and you return it we will refund your payment includiing your P&P.

 

Goods should be returned in a condition for resale within 30 days of receipt.
